I dunno...

Massive Attack's "Mezzanine" is one of my favourites. Yes, it's 
electronica, but there are about 4-5 songs that have a feel that fits 
in UA mood (Rising Son, Inertia Creeps, Mezzanine, Angel and the 
closing part of Group Four for climax scenes :-)

Psy-ence Fiction from UNKLE is another CD I'd use for urban UA 
scenarios. Even weirder, IMHO. "Cowboys" from portishead's got a 
killer intro which is also very UA. 

For violent,fast and furious scenes, my vote goes to shizit, a very 
little known band that blends gabber techno with punk guitars and 
screams :-)  (a year ago you could find their mp3 on mp3.com -- 
don't know if you can still find there...) 

For my currently running scenario, since the character must 
infiltrate a rave party :-) I will use Leftfield's Open Up (a trancey 
tune with John Lydon singing :-) )

Don't underestimate videogames soundtrack, though: Half-life's 
would be good for UA, IMHO....
