Sometimes I feel like that after writing a good UA
game.  For instance, the first UA game I ran at a con
I deliberately crammed full of social taboos.

(Kevin Elmore played one of the milder characters in
it.)

I included Incest (A character had been seduced by his
daughter to re-enact a scene from the Naked Goddess'
history - I figured she was a product of abuse, too.)

I included Cannibalism (A person slowly turning into a
Lovecraftian-style ghoul due to magic ceremonies
using, well, various "religious tracts" authored by
Sandy Petersen.)

Actually, those are the two biggies in western
culture, aren't they?  Incest and cannibalism. Well, I
guess Pedophilia is taboo, too, but I accidentally
mixed that in with incest in the Pike character,
more-or-less.

Did I mention that all the taboo-breakers were PCs?

Oh yeah, and Beastiality.

How many taboos did I miss, I wonder.
