In most countries, this will be the inevitable result of the above.

Ahem... this all reminds me of a couple in Western Australia in the 
mid-80s.  Only when they tried to register their marriage did they discover 
that, as babies, they were both adopted out; the problem was, they had the 
same set of parents.  At least this was an accident.  I've heard that 
there's a reasonably vocal lobby in the US to legalise "consensual incest".

There's gotta be a UA angle here, above and beyond the Rahyab.
