This reminds me about a guy I read about. Unless I misunderstand, he wrote an 
essay called Assassination Politics describing a method by which other people 
could hire yet other people to assassinate government officials. Bam, five 
years in prison. I'm not sure if that's fair or not, but I find it pretty 
scary.

Aside from even 'subversive' things, if you have a friend in the police force (as someone I know distantly discovered recently), it's not too tricky to get someone into court with very little evidence. Or, indeed, to have them sent down.

The SCS thing is way way OT, but I'd like to make it clear that I was not stating any kind of opinion on the rectitude of prosecution, merely that you can get into legal trouble. But you can get into legal trouble for pretty much anything.
