My problem is almost completely the opposite. My
players HATE eachother. I have two sisters, a guy who
habitually uses insulting and sexist language, another
guy who wants to be Sailor Moon in every single game,
my wife (who just comes along because she says doesn't
trust me and the two sisters, bless her heart), grumpy
old me and one of the sister's boyfriends (who'd
rather be playing video games.)

They don't like eachother. They don't want to be
anywhere near eachother and, if they were stranded in
another country together, they sure as hell wouldn't
rely on one another to get home.

Add to that that almost all of them have had abusive
(but sweet) GMs in the past, they're all young and
naturally timid and they all really like anime (except
me.)

A lot of times, with this group, running a game turns
out more like an exercize in balance. You give one
player a stroke and you'd better give their Archenemy
of the week one too or things tears are shed, voices
are raised and the game ends in chaos. Part of me
finds the dysfunction stimulating but the other part
of me, the geeky teenager who turned to RPGs instead
of track or wrestling, keeps screaming to go home.

But they all keep telling me how much they LOOOVE
Unkown Armies. Even when I want to run something else.
