Hmmm... it might not be too bad if you pretty much
kept the core rule: roll percentile for everything. 
Also, instead of styrofoam hills, you'd want to use
stacks of books and urban settings, like running
around a tenament or pounding on people in the steam
tunnels.

You could do a frag-like trick with it and make up
some cards.  You could call it: UA TRAUMA and have
cards which depicted different types of damage.  You
could only play the cards if your damage roll was high
enough.  Or maybe you could use regular old playing
cards to represent mystical charges. Or something.

Never mind.
