Not bad. The difficult thing about LARP rules is
that, of neccessity, they have to be short, clear and
to the point (otherwise you lose a good many potential
players or wander into the slough of rules confusion.)
I liked the Grant Morrison joke to start the thing off
and I've always wanted to try a UA LARP, especially a
campaign-style one.
The one I tried didn't work, I suspect, because I kept
trying to shift the emphasis to cabals and a magical
version of realpolitick. Looks like you're going for
straight out horror with this one (no Soul stat, low
starting powers, a kind of "in the dark" approach to
mysticism, etc.), which is A-Okay by me.
The magic system didn't seem very UA and smacked of
"Mage," but maybe that's just me (I got enraged with
the Wwolf parallels in another long-awaited game,
recently, that and the power-generation system and the
kind of snotty mention of troupe-style play and the
page xx references on 32 or 42, I think it was and,
well, just the everything.) I gotta do something about
that, it's beginning to poison my gaming experiences.
