[UA] Vegas charges

Hey, folks

I have a cliomancer NPC who pretty much has Vegas to himself, and I've been
wondering how many charges that translates to. Seeing as Vegas is pretty new, I
figure pickings are pretty slim: a significant charge off the Strip, and minors
off the Flamingo (because of its link to Bugsy Siegel and the history of the
region), the Stratosphere (name like that? c'mon!), and the old Mormon fort.

So, 1 sig and 3 minors per day. Am I being too harsh? Or too generous? Seeing as
Clios keep their charges forever (to all intents and porpoises), I'm hesitant to
give more sigs. After all, an Urban Legend every two or three is serious enough
mojo-slinging for my purposes.
