And I know a crazyperson who once wrote a scenario (for a con?) where each
scene was described as *just* a song title. Very intuitive game. =)

I once ran a cyberpunk campaign about the fall and rise of a successful
corporate manipulator: The campaign was called "negativity won't see you
through." The story arcs were titled:

Ceremonies of Horsemen (explored how great it was making phone calls and
things happened--very you the man feel)
Maggie's Farm (The dirty work no one mentions when they hire you)
When Your Gravity Fails (It all goes bad and you get cut off)
Tom Thumb's Blues (The joy of being desperate, destitute and stuck on the
street)
Rainy Day Woman (Where he found a way to succeed under a different set of
rules)
Til I'm sure that you're dead (The cause of said fall sighted and targeted)
Even a pawn must hold a grudge (endgame)

Not all are song titles per se but it really inspired me to track the
plotlines.

I also ran an Ars Magica game about most to all of shakespeare's
tragedies...
