[UA] Risking it - Sunbjectivity or objectivity?

Well, I think I'll let the big guns handle this debate. I've never had an 
Entropomancer in-game, so I really don't have the experiance. I always 
thought there *had* to be a risk involved, no matter what the adept thinks. 
Crossing an empty freeway blindfolded gets you no charges, as there is no 
real risk. Crossing it blindfolded during rush-hour gives you a charge, as 
there is a real risk of the bodybag being splattered.
