That's not a bad idea - people who only smoke marijuana often look askance at Ecstasy users, while pretty much everyone thinks people who take heroin might be going a bit too far. Maybe in the OU, some of the things done to get charges would be considered too extreme. Having said that, I think this would be an intra-school thing. One entropomancer could be more cautious than another, and consider said other reckless. 
I don't think the magic schools interact enough to form an opinion on anything other than an individual basis from adept to adept.
