Alright, I can't stand it anymore. I've been on
various e-mail lists for over a year now, and I still
haven't figured it out...

I know what the gist of ObUA means (or ObDG (Delta
Green), or ObDnD, or ObCoC (Call of Cthulu)), that
this is how I'm relating my OT stuff to being on-topic
for UA but...

What the hell does Ob stand-for?

'On-topic by way of ...'?

'Optometrists buy a lot of ...'?

'Onamatopeoia borkie-dorks ....'?

'[Feminine Hygiene product] ...'?

I'm telling you, I've been racking my brains on this
one. The nice thing about the Internet is the amount
of acronyms that get bandied about. It's a nice way to
keep newbies out, and by the looks of ObUA I'm
obviously out. And I still find tons of acronyms that
I no matter how I twist around, can't figure out (like
YMMV, IMHO, or WItFFWtFBBD*?). I feel like a total
moron.
