I just make up a time arbirarily based on the result and the type of task.
Making 2 minute noodles will take less time than making a cake from primary
ingredients, no matter what you roll for your cooking skill.
(For computer hacking, I'd consider it stressful if you are trying to
intrude into a secure system with intruder detection. It's unstressful if
you set up a test system at home and try to break into that.)
