Certainly the way I was running it. I felt it helped give some 
flavour to an otherwise rather dry charge-gathering process. I based 
the echoes on people's current image of a site rather than its 
historicity (not that that makes much difference to Auschwitz). I 
also gave the Cliomancer bonuses if he used the charge in a way that 
was sympathetic to the echo (and penalties if the use was opposed to 
the echo). Worked quite well, really. I just wish I'd thought of 
calling them psychic echoes - nice name.
