I wasn't talking about a nuclear wasteland; I was talking about an Earth 
where the atmosphere is contaminated by one of the most toxic elements that 
humans routinely make sizeable quantities of.

The more I think about it, the more likely it seems that the IC has 
prevented any accidents that would have spread a cloud of poisonous 
plutonium (or other chemicals) throughout the Earth's atmosphere. Few if any 
archetypes would want life on earth to be destroyed.

*That's* something you can't say about Cthulhu or the World of Darkness. The 
IC cares.  :)
