Actually, Cyberpunk meshes really well with the genre of UA.  Ritual magic,
cults and cabals work really well in a cyberpunk setting.  The magic may
have to be toned down a bit, but I imagine UA magic better than tolkien
style in a CP setting, and shadowrun was way too successful to say that the
latter doesn't.
