[UA] America, City Swap

[Royal Minister of Stuff]

I'm all for it.  We both have websites, too, but I
have a scanner.  I'm looking forward to writing a
shoot-out in the raptor cage up the Cheyene Mountain
Zoo or descriptions of the giant clam-shell doors at
NORAD opening up like the elevator in the Shining.
