[UA] America, City Swap

[Royal Minister of Stuff]

I'm afraid the only cities I've really got to offer
are Colorado Springs and Portland.  I refuse to do
Portland (besides, John Sneed, who is already a
capable author, has more first hand experience with
the city than I do.)  I've been to Buenos Aires and I
know some people who live there.  Also, I saw this
thing called "rough magic" at the last HP Lovecraft
film festival and I could maybe work the Malvinas into
the city description.
