There is.  Well, they tend to kill men, not just castrate them.  They're
called the baccan....err, I mean "beckies".  Yeah that's the ticket....

Check Lawyers, Guns, and Money if you have it.  And if you don't, get
it.  The Prime Greg needs the money[1].
