Generally, if people don't want to interact with your character, then you
can fine-tune the character.
If people don't want to interact with *you*, no amount of rules will make
'em. At least, really, not people you want to be interacting with.
Actually, with the "here's a scene, everyone has to contribute to it" why
bother LARPing it? Get a group of people you find interesting, and all of
you get storytelling rights to one voice - then go around the table, each
person describing the scene until they're done, and then passing it on to
the next person. Whoever starts it gets to set terms - no killing other
characters, or even looser, such as theme, tone, etc...
Anyways, that's just my opinion. I spent my first year or two LARPing
trying to make characters that people would want to interact with before I
really got my ass in gear and made dealing with *me* bearable.
Well, more bearable. Then, folks wanted to deal with my PCs:)
