As I tell all the moms that call me about special ed law, I'm not a lawyer. But
as an advocate, I have to kind of up on it most of the time, and this has been a
valuable site for me so far. If you're ever in any kind of doubt whatsoever,
though, for any reason--for gods' sake, call a lawyer. We have a bunch of free
and low cost resources in America, and you will save yourself a whoooole lotta
heartache if you just bite the bullet and call one.
