It depends on how you define "porn star" and what you define as pornography:
Julie Strain, my personal favorite scream queen and cover girl for heavy
metal magazine has shot less than 25 "movies" though she does posing shots
for some penthouse stuff.  Her movies are a lot softer core than the movies
the Naked Goddess is about.  Nikki Tyler puts out a movie every two to four
months.  And the average successful porn star who only makes porn (and
doesn't work as an escort or stripper) will probably make between 2 and 24
movies per year, depending on the quality of the film and nature of the
producer (yes some porn is cranked out in two to four weeks).

I have the distinct pleasure of having worked on porn (as a lighting guy)
and seen how they did it.  I also ask a lot of questions when presented with
the option.

I usually work with the naked goddess under the assumption that she was a
relative unknown (otherwise it would be way easier to find out who she was),
so she probably filmed less than 12 movies in total over a three or four
year period-I use these slower production times based on the text in UA that
to me implies she did European art porn for at least some chunk of it.  

I also work under the assumption that the CoNG has the production and
distribution rights to all but one or two of her films.  Now I always assume
the the CoNG doesn't control all of them so it is possible to actually find
out what name she worked under, and through that trace her real identity.
