[UA] Avatars and Godwalkers

The original Masterless Man may very well have been a ronin. We don't know 
where and when the archetpe first ascended; perhaps it occurred in feudal 
Japan. I'm pretty sure that it would not have ascended so recently as some 
of the American examples listed.

Naturally, if you're a Godwalker who needs a bit of help booting the current 
archetype, you could do worse than use Hollywood to swing the masses beliefs 
in your favour. Likewise, I imagine that Bollywood is a great asset for some 
Indian godwalkers.
