It's too sketchy for me to get anything from it.  All I managed to gather 
was that according to the release "mainstream militia groups" can be counted 
on to report the more extreme elements in the militia movement.  Since the 
militia movement watches the gov and gov reports closely this could be seen 
as an attempt to stir mistrust within the militia movement.
