Reminds me of Douglas Adams's attempts to write an AI video game where you would be Reagan's assistant trying to make him act properly in front of the press. Teach him which buzzwords to spout and which to not, and when to look concerned and other political bits of acting without any actual knowledge of the subject at hand. Adams had further plans to construct all the world leaders in that manner, and then hold virtual UN meetings, leaving people to live live without politics. (from there, he planned to construct an AI simulating talking with God, the first software burned in the Bible belt, which seems like a good plot for UA).

Sadly, none of these plans seem to have come about.
