[UA] A number of ideas/questions

I've got a couple of ideas and questions.

I've recently started a fairly open-ended UA campaign based in the city 
where I live and go to university: Baton Rouge, Louisiana. One player is 
playing a Cliomancer.
Question one: What in the heck is the paradox that drives this school? It 
just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the high-sacrifice magick 
schools.
Question two: Can anyone on the list help me with possible Significant level 
charge sites in my area. I've got several minor ones in mind (the place 
where Huey P. Long died is in the city, the place where Bonnie and Clyde 
died is within a few hours driving, some others). The only Significant site 
we can think of is Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Any ideas?
Oh, also, I intend to do a write up on BR for the city-swap, if anyone is 
interested. Who would I send my write up to?

Cliomancy idea. I remember reading in Hush Hush that New York and some other 
cities have been made into Thaumophage mine fields. I had an idea for a 
small group of cobweb farmers who are both friends and rivals that live in 
New Jersey or somewhere just outside such a city. They continually make 
raids into the city in an attempt to one-up one another. They know that 
there is something interfering with their charging, but they don't know 
about Thaumophages. Also, they can't remember which sites are and aren't 
siphons because any charges they do get are used to obfuscate their rival's 
memories. They've been doing this so long that their little mini-feud's 
memory clouding has affected the occult community at large. Yet another case 
where the Sleepers have gotten the occultists to do their job for them.

I've got some other ideas, but I'll leave them for later.
