[UA] Administrivia: Looping user is removed

Gethyn has been removed.  I'm sorry it took so long, but I was away from my
computer this afternoon, and then it took a little while to figure out
which subscribed address was causing the problem.  He wasn't subscribed
from the address that the bounces were coming from, and there was no
information in the bounces about what address he was subscribed as.  Thanks
to all the digest users for tolerating the test messages I had to send out
to pinpoint his email.  Everything should be normal again, and you can go
back to the usual conversations.
