[UA] Nobby Nohead

This is the funniest idea I've seen for a humor campaign in a long, long
time. Nobby Nohead is a decapitated man surviving through some
technological/magickal wizardry and a small auxiliary brain in his
chest. Basically he follows powerful people around, constantly.

Read the article at 'Critical Miss, the zine for dysfunctional
roleplayers.'   "Please drop us a line to let us know ... how long he
lasted before the PCs just beat him to death or pushed him off a cliff."

I don't know what game the writers wrote it for, but it should be easily
adaptable to UA; just have him follow around powerful adepts or avatars,
i.e. the PCs.
