The easiest way to explain the UA universe is that
it's all an insane VR/MUD/ whatever and magic powers
are people hacking the system. People who believe
this will be constantly looking for bizarre
coincidences and analysing magical events. Ironically
they don't believe in magic and do not accept the
evidence they collect. Is this a good basis for a
school? I don't know, maybe.
