To me, the current societal phase feels like the equivalent of
teenage-angst, the point where you realise that most of what you've
been told about the world is polite fiction and the rest is lies, and
you start having to think for yourself.
I view the nihilism as a healthy shedding of historical opinions and I
look forward to seeing the brave new world which has an adult society
in it.

Of course, I've been smoking the crack pipe again.
