IMUAC, now completed, the Sleepers were a figment of one helluva 
Gnostic Gossip spell. as was Dugan Forsythe.  Angela Forsythe created 
both of them, and used them to explain her dominion over the Old 
World and all those messy deaths.

"Whoever controls the past, controls the future," after all.
