No, the Odyssey is about Travelling. The Iliad is
about being a stranger in a strange land (which, I
think is the battle zone itself, not neccessarily
Troy.)

Well okay, with the overlap, bits of the odyssey are
Traveller in a Strange Land.  Then again, every single
page of Flash Gordon is one plot: Traveller in a
Strange Land.
