One of the ways I thought about using the Harlequin (From Gar's excellent online adventure at irishgaming.com) but differentiating it from the Fool and/or Trickster was focus on it as the Masked Man (or woman), ie one free of consequences. The Harlequin would just be one interpretation of that (the clown who can make jokes without backlash, whereas another would be endangered by similar statements).
This ties in with seeing the superhero vigilante as someone also free of consequences, in that no real harm ever comes to such heroes, nor are they held legally accountable for their vigilanteism. Even death is no permanent problem (no one stays dead except Bucky). Villains channeling the same never seem to stay in prison, etc.
It's not exactly the Superhero archetype, and its a lot more morally neutral. I'm not certain, though, if it's a good idea, as it goes directly aginst one of the stated goals of the game.

free of consequences
