[UA] [OTish] Cookie Monster assault

OK, so the situation is that a guy dressed as Cookie Monster gets the
stuffing beaten out of him.
What's the OU edge?

Now, if Cookie is a totemic sort of character for some sort of
guy-who-pigs-out-for-charges, it might steal his mojo to beat up the CM.
Alternatively that Jim Henson could have been doing something to pevert the
IC with his Muppets.  The Vampire, for example, can't have survived the
assault by the Count.

I have this vague idea that Henson wanted to get into the OU as a sort of
pied piper figure, let's call him the Imaginary Friend...and those following
that track have a magic school called paedomancy, where they get to do
cartoony things because they manage to force child-metaphysics on the
universe my tricking kiddies...the paradox would be that you need to be
really hard-nosed to get the sort of distribution you need to sap lots of
kids for the charges you need, and the dark twist would involve
kidnapping...
