Maybe a school that gains its charges from killing people.  Major charges
from killing your own children.
Looks like somebody just charged up for something.

Also did you read that she calmly called the police and told them to come
arrest here she just killed her children, then called her husband and told
him to come home at once something bad had happened.  The world itself is
stranger than anything that can be thought up.
