ObUA: Does anybody pick on known dipsomancers when they're carrying any form 
of liquor? If you know that Dirk's a dipsomancer and he's got a paper bag 
with him, why not play it safe and just leave? Or at least use your first 
blast against the booze rather than the boozehound.
