Yes - when I think about the conversations I remember, years after they 
happened, they're the ones where I spent the whole night talking to someone 
special, whether it be the object of my affections or someone just so damn 
interesting that I wanted to absorb all that I could from them and couldn't 
bear the thought of going to sleep because I would miss out on what they 
were saying.

A conversation where you're so absorbed that you forget to eat or sleep; 
that's more like a significant charge.

As several people have said, an hour long conversation is easy.
