Regarding charges, I assume telephone conversations would work, but what 
about internet conversations? How would you judge time for a mailing list 
discussion? I'd assume that'd be hard to get charges from, as topic drift 
would probably kill any semblance of conversation pretty quickly.

OTOH, it might explain the religion vs. science debate. Somebody's trolling 
for charges.
