[UA] Ritual Magic: Ghosts and Pneuma (sort of long)

Before Greg gets another chance to at me, I'd like to preempt him, if I may.
He wrote a badass story about Ghosts in the UA that I didn't read until just
now.  Since it's canon, that seemed important.   Luckily, it seems, er - it
fits perfectly.  

Now, of course, given that Ghosts can be drunk as well as inhaled, I think
we need a mixological guide for the *really* prepared bartender.
