i vaguely remember this question coming up at some point in the past. i
think the answer off one of the Two Heads of the Beast (can't remember which
one) was that "sociopath" as presented in the *game rules* is just a handy
*game term*. so of course a lot (if not most) of the people who would be
termed sociopaths in-game by some NPC psychiatrist would not actually be
OOC-rules-wise-sociopaths with all their notches filled (am i the only one
who thinks "fill all my notches" sounds like a bad phone sex line?). sort of
similar to how "demon" is the general game term for human ghosts whereas
in-game it would often be used to mean something totally different.
of course, i could be totally wrong, so it may be best just to ignore me...

can't comment on eponymous. i guess he just must have faced a lot of really
nasty weird shit while working for TNI. after all he's the main line of
defence for any stuff that gets chucked at Abel by antagonistic adepts and
avatars.
