It's available on-line. As are two other stories set in the Anno-Dracula
world:
Andy Warhol's Dracula --

Coppola's Dracula --

Castle in the Desert --

I haven't checked these links recently, but they all worked about six months
ago.
There's also one in a book called _Vampire Sextette_, a story called "The
Other Side of Midnight", but I haven't read that one.
However, I did get a copy of _American Gods_ today. I've been looking
forward to that one for a while.

"Yes, I am acquainted with Mr. DePalma," Dr. Hsu said. "He was
my pupil years ago. A young man not without talent, but slapdash,
and huckle-muckle in his worksmanship."
"What did you say?" the mayor asked.
"He's a jerk," Dr. Hsu Ting Feng said.
