Perhaps just make it 'the Freak' (not related to MH avatar of the same name) and allow folks who use body modification to make themselves inhuman (the guy turning himself into a reptile has probably got something going for him).  Fairly recently the shift in sideshows has gone from people born freakish to people who made themselves freaks, perhaps due to a godwalker ascension.  

I wonder if the archetype's too close to something like the Outsider though (though as the movie "Freaks" showed, the construction of their own subculture is quite possible, perhaps even involved with the archetype)
