plus the alchemy/drug making connection's pretty keen too. they used to use
some fairly weird shit in alchemy (literally, alot of the time) because of
the "properties" they thought different things had. maybe that could get
tied into people cutting drugs with talcum powder, laxatives, rat poison,
etc. normal drugdealers just do it to sell more stuff, but some narcomancers
might do it because they believe the extra stuff actually has special
properties.

"lessee, i'll need some anadin in there to make me immune to harm, flour in
there to connect me to the earth mother, and some rat poison to keep me safe
from diseases"
