I'm a devout (but non-evangelical) atheist. Which is a pretty easy 
thing to be, really. I just refuse to acknowledge anything which 
might possibly indicate the existence of any deities. I have 
occasionally considered converting to Catholicism because they have 
really nice churches that I'd like to spend more time in, and I'd 
quite like to live in a monastic community and keep bees, but I 
suspect that these reasons may not be accepted as sufficient to 
warrant such conversion. I'm also happy to state that in the recent 
UK census I did not claim to be a Jedi Knight.
