[UA] Hitler the Archetype

Hm... just some non-canonical riffing here, but...

Let's suppose Hitler started out consciously trying to boot Alexander the Great from the position of "Conquerer."  (Or, perhaps, grew to consciously enact it.)  At the last moment, he succeeds -- but not the way he wanted.  He goes up as the "Overreaching Conquerer" -- the guy who gets a lot and loses it trying for a little more.  But he kicks out Alexander and ascends.

The PCs become aware of this and also find out that the Godwalker of the Overreaching Conquerer is currently highly placed in China's military hierarchy.  He's got an awful lot of unmarried young men under arms and he's planning to mobilize against pretty much all of Asia.  (I've heard wide eyed claims over here that China prints up maps where Korea, Vietnam and Taiwan are all marked as part of China.  I'm not buying it.)  

Here's their dilemna.  They can monkeywrench him if they want... but unlike Hitler he's NOT a racist nutjob.  He's got, actually, some legitimate historical beefs with his enemies -- or, at least, reasonable ones.

If they HELP him, it means a conflagration in Asia, possibly with MILLIONS dead -- not to mention his plans for Taiwan push China to the brink against the US (with, I might remind you, a C student who can't keep his own daughters under control in charge).  But if they help him, there's a solid chance that he can Ascend and replace Hitler.  I mean, HITLER.
