    I kind of like the idea of Hitler ascending as the Butcher.  Perhaps he
was shooting for Demagogue, but that whole Holocaust thing screwed up the
ascension.

    The trick is that Hitler wasn't all that into the occult, not like
Himmler.  Himmler groomed Hitler to ascend, trying to elevate himself to the
Clergy as the Necessary Servant.
