[UA] Night Visions

"Night Visions" is the latest in the long and illustrious line of TV shows
that try to marry Rod Serling's ghost to the ghost of EC Comics.  Hosted by
Henry Rollins!  Special guest star?  LUKE PERRY!

Man, I laughed like a hyena when that big fake glycerine tear rolled down
Luke's face.

While this show treads into nominally UA territory (vengeance from the
grave, a psychologist who can suck the madness out of a patient -- if he's
willing to endure it himself) it's just not very well done.  The
psychologist story was ok, as high concept goes -- I wrote a short story
similar to it when I was seventeen or so -- but the execution is just on
the good side of "so bad it's good" which means (sadly) it's just plain bad.
