[UA] Vampiric scenario seeds

OK. This suggest me a scenario idea.

- As part of some legal thing, characters get hired to research the
Dracul bloodline. 

- They learn that, there are several Draculs alive. In fact, some of
them have been around for centuries. Characters befriend some Draculs
and learn of the "vampire gene"

- Unknown to them, characters have been followed by an escapee of a
psychiatric ward, a former member of the Order of St. Cecil who turned
to be too unstable for field work. The guy is convinced that vampires
are hellspawn and he's going to kill them. Characters must save the
Draculs of this madman.

Also, with the rise in genetics, maybe some researcher learns about the
Dracul and try to isolate the "vampire gene" which could lead to an
increased lifespan. The Draculs don't cooperate, he has to kidnap one of
them.
