[UA] Oneiromancer charges

Yep, the only time I managed to make an Oneiromancer worthwhile was when I could
put him at the head of a forcible proxy-sleep-depirvation abduction cult. 5 sigs
and just under 100 minors a day made him quite a worthwhile little opponent.
Basically he had five kidnapped raver kids doing his staying awake for him, via
proxy links.

But, remember that a Oneiromancer has that funky little reflexive stay-awake
spell. Also, I guess the point in making charges so hard to get is that as
recent discussion on this list has proven, staying awake 2-3 days is not
particularly obsessive. Mr. 10 days over there is the one you need to be scared
of.
