[UA] Subject Line May Not Be Blank

I've been having some heavy list blur lately.  It seems like the mailing 
lists I read are kinda blurring together.  It takes the -G. signature or 
Cassidy shooting someone to remind me that it's the UA list at times.

The reason I bring this up is that I don't know if this topic was covered in 
a UA context ot not.

Occult Cops.

Not police officers who do voodoo but the five pointed stars and other 
occult symbols' prevelance in police officer regalia.  Gotta take off now, 
but I hope to elaborate soon.
